**To attach a tag to a resource**
The following ``tag-resources`` example tags the specified resource with a key name and value. ::
aws resourcegroupstaggingapi tag-resources \
--resource-arn-list arn:aws:s3:::MyProductionBucket \
--tags Environment=Production,CostCenter=1234
