<h4>Job Description: </h4>
<p>Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of assigned projects within time. Coordination with concerned departments (consultant, architect to understand their requirements) to fulfil the requirement of projects.<br /><br />
B.E (Electrical or Mechanical) with 05 -07 Years of experience or Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical) with 08 to 10 Years of Experience in site execution of multidisciplinary MEP services for/ Commercial building / hospital / Green Building Projects experience.<br /><br />
Knowledge in HVAC , HT, LT, Lift / Escalators, Plumbing, Fire Protection services/ Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV/ BMS, CCTV's, Electronic Security systems, Drainage, Water Supply, WTP / STP project execution with by laws.<br /><br />
Reviewing of soft drawings / GFC drawing in view of physically discrepancy at project site and resolve / coordination with consultant against approval to execute the work.<br /><br />
Should have site execution experience for different types of building projects, would be responsible for overall supervision for multiple projects.<br /><br />
Should be a good communicator, should be a proactive person, Good Communication skills.
