Maxwell Biotech was established for bringing into fruition the research efforts in the field of Biotechnology. A sister unit of Sharda University, Maxwell Biotech has set its vision to ensure that mankind is closely entwined with nature and natural products.

<p>Maxwell Biotech has signed an MOU with Sharda University’s Department of Bio-Technology, School of Agricultural Sciences & School of Medical Sciences and Research to conduct joint research program on Herbal Plants& Hemp (Cannabis Sativa L/Indica) for medicinal use. A discussion with an established overseas organisation is in progress for collaboration in new product development and process technology.

<p>Sharda Hospital, a unit of Sharda Group, a true temple of healing was established in 2006 in Delhi–NCR as a state-of-the-art 900 bedded super-specialty hospital. The hospital anchors School of Medical Sciences and Research and being part of Sharda University offers opportunities in research and education in cross functional and multi-disciplinary disciplines. Sharda Hospital provides advanced disease and infection management, regular community services and highly advanced critical care including emergency transport. A modern cancer hospital with 900 beds is expected to be operational in late 2021.
